We have been in business for over 35 years. Our office is located in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
Our goal is to help families enjoy owning property instead of throwing money away on rent.
We specialize in lots for manufactured homes or building sites. We have lots in over 25 locations to choose from. The locations are near Harrah, Newalla, Luther, Wellston, Prague, Seminole, Maud, Pink, Bethel, Shawnee, Tecumseh, McLoud, and Southwest of Norman. The lot sizes range from 1 1/4 acre to 10 acres. Some developments are restricted and some are not.
We would like to point out that we own and provide financing for all this property. This assures you of getting good title to your property and permits us to have easy financing. In most cases, we can work with you on paying out the down payment and you can still move on to the property.
Some of the acreages have well and septic systems. When you find property that you like, we can work with you on installing a well and septic in most cases.
